Customer Support
A website should continue to grow and change with your company to stay relevant and maintain good Google rankings online. Although the Workmates platform is easy to use and can be very straight-forward for the website DIY'er, there will invariably come a time when you may need our help with updates to your site.
We want to make supporting you and your new Workmates website as easy and hassle-free as possible. That's why we offer a full time help desk for our website customers with a 72 hour average turnaround time for website modifications. Whether you need the occasion edit, or need full scale unlimited support, we have a solution for you.
Here's how it works:
1. You send in a support request by email to our Help Desk.
2. Workmates creates a support ticket and sends you an email confirmation that the ticket has been started.
3. Workmates will make the updates as requested.
4. Workmates will email you once the revision has been completed and will close out the support ticket.
5. Workmates will include a breakdown of all monthly requests with your next invoice.
NOTE: The below support options do NOT include the addition of new pages to your website. New Pages will be billed at the 'New Web Design & Development' rate of $99 per page on your monthly invoice.
As-Needed Service______________________$125/Hr.
As-needed support without a support package is billed at an hourly rate of $125, in 15 minute increments.
This service is billed out to you on a monthly basis with your site's hosting package.

Our support team offers unlimited email customer support for your website. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am through 5:00 pm to make sure that your website runs smoothly.
